Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at puregoldenshilajit@gmail.com. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, including custom or personalized products, may not be eligible for return. Please contact us with any questions before purchasing.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it as above and place a new order.

EU Customers
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason.

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Contact us if you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days.
